Who is responsible

Les Habitations P.B.L. Inc. operates this site for the AXE Saint-Pierre project, located at 45, rue Louise Dumoulin, Saint-Zéphirin-de-Courval (QC) J0G 1V0.

For any question about your personal information, to exercise a right or to file a complaint, write to the person in charge of the protection of personal information: axesaintpierre@hotmail.com. We answer within 30 days.

What we collect

What you give us yourself, through the information request form:

• your first and last name;
• your email address;
• your phone number, if you provide one;
• the apartment you are interested in;
• the message you write.

What the site records on its own: a technical fingerprint — an irreversible code computed from your IP address — used only to prevent repeated form submissions. Your IP address itself is never stored.

The site never asks for a social insurance number, banking information or identity document, and collects no sensitive information.

Why we use it

Only to answer your request, offer you an apartment, follow up on your rental file, and measure site traffic anonymously.

We do not sell or rent your information to anyone, and we do not use it for targeted advertising or profiling.

Cookies and tracking technologies

This site places no tracking, advertising or profiling cookies.

• Traffic measurement. We count visits without cookies. It cannot identify you, follow you from site to site, or reconstruct your path between two visits.
• The Google map. It loads only if you click “Show the map”. Until you do, no request is sent to Google. If you display it, Google may set its own cookies, governed by Google’s privacy policy.
• Your language choice. It is kept in your browser’s local storage (not a cookie, and nothing is sent to our servers). Clearing the site data removes it.

Who else has access

Our service providers, who may use it only to provide us their service:

• Supabase — hosting of the database where requests are stored;
• Resend — sending the email notice when a request comes in;
• Vercel — site hosting and traffic measurement.

Their servers may be located outside Quebec, including in the United States; the information is then subject to local laws. We have assessed that these services provide adequate protection given the limited information involved.

We do not share your information with anyone else, unless required by law.

How long we keep it

An information request is kept for 24 months after our last exchange, then deleted.

If you become a tenant, your file is kept according to the legal obligations tied to the lease.

Your rights

Quebec law gives you the right to:

• see the information we hold about you;
• have it corrected if it is inaccurate or incomplete;
• withdraw your consent and ask that it be deleted;
• receive it in a structured computer format, or ask us to send it to someone else;
• file a complaint with the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec if our answer does not satisfy you.

Security and incidents

Exchanges with the site are encrypted (HTTPS). The database is readable only by authorized people: the public form can write to it, never read from it. Repeated submissions are limited automatically.

We keep a register of confidentiality incidents. Should an incident present a risk of serious injury, the Commission d’accès à l’information and the people concerned are notified promptly.

Automated decisions

No decision about you is made through automated processing of your information. A person reads every request.

Changes

Any change to this policy appears on this page, with its date. We invite you to read it again from time to time.
